A binding agreement for the construction of a tiny home is only established upon the execution of a written Build Contract signed by both $Tiny House South LLC and the Client, accompanied by the required non-refundable deposit.

Since each home is custom-built with natural materials (such as timber), slight variations in color, grain, and dimensions may occur. Specifications listed on the website (including weights and precise measurements) are estimates and subject to standard construction tolerances.

3. Intellectual Property
